Johnny Hill is a sign language instructor, deaf educator, and entrepreneur. He graduated from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor’s degree in Deaf Studies and ASL Education. He received his Masters at Gallaudet University in Sign Language Education. He is currently a doctoral student at Lamar University in Deaf Education with plans to graduate within the year. 

 

He has vast experience with instruction and administration. He has taught ASL at four different universities, three different deaf schools, and is currently a full-time professor at Texas Tech University. His experience ranges to deaf and hearing children in K-12 settings, the collegiate level, and administration in his businesses. He has developed ASL curriculums as well as creating sign language resources for ASL instructors nationwide. 

Johnny has established two Deaf-owned companies; he has created numerous professional and educational films reaching mass attention on social media. He has partnered with organizations and influential people in the deaf community to work with early childhood interventions.
